With every twirl by the road,
Aside I saw them gazed;
Some so lofty with others so naïve.
Primeval of times as known,
Beholding the nature’s reign;
Burhapahar as invariably called;
The emerald hills you have always
remained!!!
As I paved ahead awhile,
With all rumbles echoed aside;
Of the whispers, of the wild mountains;
Oh Kaziranga!!! So mellow so agile;
I wonder if it is the haven where true
wilderness strikes?
Or is it the abode far beyond the wildly
hues and cries?
With a step further as I lurked ahead,
Wedged by the undeniable glimpses afar;
Rosy those render so harsh to mull over;
Yes the poor idyllic folks; ever you
impoverished,
Amidst the insecure loop, of routine so mundane,
I wonder if it is really that dubious as
the picture portrayed?
Or is it the undemanding way of life unaided
yet betrayed?
Oblivion of the worldly hues,
Of endless complexities of the urban
boos;
With long yearnings their eyes droop;
Not for the far-flung gold that only
glitters,
But for the morsel of grain that entail
some drizzles.
With every sow, so pinned with hopes;
Of the muck, of the soil, of the earthy
smell.
I wonder if Mother Nature their forever companion?
Or is it the freedom of the pitiable
they chose to embrace?
In this world so full of hoax and betrays;
No matter how appalling the time vows to
abide;
I see a hope bit tender but upright.
Yes, Kaziranga you ought to survive!!
With the same jade, of the wild, of the
verdant beauty;
Of the idyllic folks in a phase full of
mercy.
Yes, I know ahead remains a hard task;
For I know not how long time would seek
by;
But the place where true wilderness
strikes with its emerald embraced;
Kaziranga to remain at its nature’s
starkest behest;
Long live Kaziranga as always!!!
Long live Kaziranga as always!!!
